Student Media seeks an energetic, positive sales professional with a proven track record to lead our student sales team in all aspects of advertising sales and underwriting efforts on behalf of Student Media at the University of Arkansas, which includes The Arkansas Traveler (newspaper), The Razorback (yearbook), UATV (student television) and KXUA (student radio). The Advertising Manager is also the lead account executive with major clients and can expect to makes sales and underwriting presentations when appropriate. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in business/advertising/marketing or related field required. At least two years of successful advertising sales experience at a comparable university student media, professional media outlet or advertising agency. Requires strong computer skills in a Macintosh environment, including desktop publishing and database management.
