The ceremony will include lunch, a guest speaker from the Arkansas Citizens for Transparency to give an update on their efforts to enshrine the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act in the state Constitution, and an awards presentation.

You can purchase tickets for the awards ceremony by visiting this website. If you prefer to pay in person at the event, please RSVP to Lara Farrar, APW vice president, at 501-701-2781 or farrar.lara@gmail.com.

Contest entrants submitted their best work of 2024 in February to compete in the statewide contest. First-place winners went on to compete in the National Federation of Press Women contest.

National winners will be recognized on June 22 at the National Federation of Press Women Conference in St. Louis, Missouri. You can find out more about the conference by visiting https://www.nfpw.org/2024-conference-st-louis.
