Fourteen Arkansas High School students are being honored for their outstanding communications efforts in the National Federation of Press Women High School Communications Contest.

Nearly 2,000 students participated in this year’s contest sponsored by the National Federation of Press Women Education Fund. Arkansas students first competed in Arkansas Press Women’s High School Communication Contest and first place winners were selected to advance to the national round of competition. 

Students from Bryant High School, Haas Hall Academy, Lakeside High School, Little Rock Central High School, Southside High School, and Wynne High School participated.

Three first place winners will receive $100 cash awards.  The 14 students honored in the national contest are:
